Dan, I wanted to say that you have some great people over there and say THANK YOU to you, Chris, and everyone else for all of your help in our office move. It was a little rocky at some points and I really appreciate all of the support we had from CSI. On-site, Lou and Mike did an excellent job. Lou took care of moving the system and phones for us and programming everything at the new office and it works exactly like I asked. Mike did a great job with the data...our wiring closet looks great (as you said it would) and everything works. (My bosses refer to it as Carl's closet and they hope they never have to open the door, haha.) Chris's assistance with Nuvox was invaluable! Beyond actually figuring out what service we wanted and getting the paperwork completed, he helped with scheduling the installs and pulled the necessary strings to get things done...especially when the T-1 was not working the day before and morning of our move. We couldn't have done it without his help and having him do the legwork on the installation, support/repairs, etc., was an immense help to me because I could focus on other things. I'll say it again... GREAT JOB! (not that we expected anything less) I hope we don't have any problems that require you to come out again anytime soon...but if we do, I know the job will be done right. Take care,
